Sports at SVMS is not just an arena for competition to win accolades and Medals. It plays a pivotal role in developing team spirit, sportsmanship, exploring and augmenting each child’s hidden talents. The Specialization in a particular sport is highly encouraged.
Physical activity is an essential ingredient of a Vivekians’s life. All children start the day devoting their half an hour to Health Run and Aerobics.
School has vast playground wide enough for the students to play freely. Different Inter-School matches are conducted here. The school enjoyed conducting CBSE Football cluster XIII in its premises.
The school focuses on developing both physical fitness as well as skills in various sports. Sport is the alone activity which makes one learn things outside classrooms and attributes like discipline, tolerance, humility and leadership can only be imbibed in the playground.

SVMS made its presence felt with a bang in Block,District and National Sports Tournaments. Many students have been selected for the State Level events as well as National Level in different sports like Athletics, Football, Archery, Badminton, Fencing and Tae-Kwondo.
